Community Baby Supply Drive
March 9 – March 28 | Supporting Local Families
The Community Health Access Project (CHAP) is proud to partner with the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library to host a Community Baby Supply Drive from March 9 through March 28 to support new and expecting mothers in our community.
Throughout the month, residents across Richland County are invited to donate new baby care items at participating Mansfield/Richland County Public Library locations. Items collected through the drive will help provide essential supplies to families connected through CHAP and our network of community partners.
For many families, preparing for a new baby can be both exciting and overwhelming. Access to basic baby supplies like diapers, wipes, and other essentials can make a meaningful difference for parents working to build a healthy start for their child.
At CHAP, our Community Health Workers work one-on-one with families to help address barriers that can impact health and well-being — connecting individuals to healthcare, resources, and support throughout pregnancy and early childhood. The items collected through this drive will directly support families who are working toward stability and healthier outcomes for themselves and their babies.
“This drive is really about neighbors helping neighbors,” said Brice Eyerly, Executive Director of CHAP. “Every item donated helps support a family in our community that’s working hard to give their child the best possible start.”
