HUNGRY?

Community Health Access Project (CHAP) connects those in need from infancy to adulthood with essential health and social services. However, our work would not be possible without the Community Health Workers (CHWs) who engage directly with those individuals.

On June 6th, CHW Day, a coordinated state-wide recognition of CHWs and their vital role in supporting and empowering those in need will be taking place.

To help financially support the event, CHAP has teamed up with Applebee's on 1023 N Lexington-Springmill Rd in Mansfield for a fundraiser on Thursday, February 22nd, from 11:00 AM until close.

If you're interested in participating please make sure you show the flyer included below (show the server the image from your phone or print it out if that's more convenient) when you place your order for dine-in or carry-out. 15% of your order will be donated to CHAP to support CHW Day. Applebee's also gives you the additional options of ordering online or utilizing their app, please make sure if you're utilizing this option that you enter the code "DOINGOOD" at checkout.
