CHAP accepts donations throughout the year to help meet the needs of local families. Your support helps connect moms, babies, and families to trusted Community Health Workers who walk alongside them with personal support, from pregnancy through early childhood.

Whether it’s helping a mom get to a prenatal appointment, find safe housing, or access diapers and formula, your donation makes a real difference.
