CHAP Gears Up for Richland Gives 2025

We’re excited to announce that CHAP will be participating in this year’s Richland Gives, a community-wide giving event that supports local nonprofits across Richland County. Richland Gives provides an opportunity for residents to come together and support organizations that make a real difference in the community.

For CHAP, participating in Richland Gives is especially meaningful. The funds raised help us continue delivering vital programs, including Community Health Worker services, family support initiatives, and health education efforts. Every dollar contributed directly supports our mission to improve health outcomes and access to care for families throughout Richland County.

Leading up to the event, we’ll be sharing stories from the community, highlighting the impact of CHAP programs, and showing how donors’ support makes a tangible difference. Whether it’s connecting families to resources, providing health education, or supporting mental and physical wellness, Richland Gives allows our community to invest in the health of its neighbors.
