Nancy leads the CHAP HUB in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission by overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan. Nancy directs fundraising, public relations and develops a referral network to the HUB. She markets the Pathways HUB model to potential agency partners with the intent to integrate and collaborate services. Nancy is also responsible for fiscal management that generally anticipates operating within an approved budget and ensuring maximum resource utilization.

Prior to joining CHAP in 2017, Nancy had an HR Consulting business and was also an HR Manager in multiple fields (manufacturing, residential treatment, architecture & engineering). She has over 25 years of human resources experience and possesses an SHRM-CP credential through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Nancy earned an associate degree in Business Administration from North Central Technical College (now North Central State College) and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University.

For fun, Nancy enjoys golfing and spending time at her camper located in Lakeside/Marblehead. Nancy and her family reside in Lucas.
