Lillie Thompson joined CHAP in May 2026 as the Billing Specialist. In this role, she manages billing processes, claims management, payment posting, and account reconciliation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. She is committed to providing exceptional support to clients, participants, and team members, helping maintain efficient financial operations and a high level of customer service.

Prior to joining CHAP, Lillie served as both a Billing Administrator and Energy Assistance Coordinator for a propane company. With more than 25 years of customer service experience, she takes pride in helping others, resolving account concerns, and creating positive experiences for those she serves.

Outside of work, Lillie enjoys spending time with her children and family, as well as reading. She values making lasting memories with her loved ones and appreciates the opportunity to unwind with a good book.
