Jacqueline Barney joined CHAP in October 2026 as the Referral and Enrollment Specialist. In this role, she manages incoming referrals, verifies insurance information, and tracks referral outcomes to ensure individuals and families are connected to services in a timely manner. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive experience for everyone seeking assistance through CHAP.

Prior to joining CHAP, Jacqueline worked at Dairyland in Mansfield and operated her own spa business. With more than 10 years of customer service experience, she brings a strong commitment to helping others and building meaningful connections. Born and raised in Mansfield, Jacqueline is especially passionate about giving back to her hometown and supporting individuals and families throughout the surrounding communities.

Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and children. She loves cheering on her children in dance, soccer, and wrestling, and values teaching them the importance of nature and community. An avid reader, Jacqueline is rarely without her Kindle.
