David assists CHAP with the website as well as content on social media and other platforms. He also provides assistance for any IT needs.   

David has earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Columbia Southern University. His professional career started in the legal field but after a few years, he transitioned to IT support and implementation. Prior to joining CHAP, David had the opportunity to work within the Human Resources field as well as both internal and external communications.

For fun, David loves to escape with a good sci-fi story. While he has resided throughout the country from Mountain View, California to North Providence, Rhode Island, he was born just outside Cleveland and now calls Ontario, Ohio home.
