Brice Eyerly serves as the Executive Director of the Community Health Access Project , a role he stepped into in April of 2025 after years of working in healthcare operations and community partnerships. CHAP has been part of Mansfield for over 25 years, and Brice is committed to carrying forward its mission of removing the social barriers that make life harder for families. His work centers on bringing people together, supporting Community Health Workers, and building relationships that help neighbors get the stability and care they deserve.
In his role, Brice oversees CHAP’s day-to-day operations, programs, and long-term planning. He works closely with agencies across several counties to strengthen the Pathways Community HUB model, expand referral networks, and make sure families are connected to the right support at the right time. He also manages the organization’s budget and resources to keep CHAP sustainable and growing.
A Mansfield native, Brice has held leadership roles in both clinical and administrative settings, where he became known for supporting staff, improving workflows, and creating systems that actually work for the people who use them. He earned his MBA in Human Resources from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and brings a practical, people-first mindset to everything he does.
Outside of work, Brice enjoys projects that let him work with his hands, fishing when he gets the chance, and chasing around his three dogs. His favorite job, though, is being “Dad” to his daughter, Harper, who keeps life moving fast for him and his wife, Emily. Their home is also a bit livelier these days after welcoming seven ducks, who have quickly become part of the daily chaos and charm.
