Brice Eyerly is the Executive Director of The Community Health Access Project (CHAP), where he leads the organization’s work to bring partners together, improve access to care, and strengthen collaboration across the community. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations and team leadership, Brice focuses on building systems that work well for everyone, especially those most in need.

At CHAP, he oversees the organization’s administration, programs, and strategic direction while guiding public relations, fundraising, and partnerships. Brice works closely with agencies across the region to expand the Pathways HUB model, develop referral networks, and ensure services are well-connected. He also manages the organization’s budget and resources to keep CHAP sustainable and effective.

A Mansfield native, Brice has served in leadership roles in both clinical and administrative settings, where he gained a reputation for improving workflows, supporting staff, and driving meaningful change. He earned his MBA in Human Resources from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and brings a practical, people-centered approach to his work.

Outside of work, Brice enjoys working with his hands, fishing, and chasing after his three dogs—but his favorite role is being “Dad” to his three-year-old daughter, Harper, who keeps him and his wife, Emily, on their toes.
