Andrea has been with CHAP since August 2020. Andrea ensures the monthly processing of Medicaid Managed Care invoicing is tied to quality and outcome-based data. Her passion for the role arises from the fact that she is helping support a team that addresses the needs of individuals in the community that are the most at risk. 

Before joining CHAP, Andrea worked in customer service for over 19 years with Kohls and provided daycare in her home. In addition, she worked in the food service and warehouse inventory industries. Andrea is a graduate of Madison High School.

Andrea’s focus outside of work is all about family. Whether that’s baking together, mission trips, shopping, or attending Christian concerts, the critical element is being able to spend quality time together. Andrea and her family reside in Mansfield, Ohio.
